The location was great – the metro station was just 5 minutes away, taking you straight into the city centre, and you could also walk a lot from the front door. The neighbourhood feels very nice and everything is laid out like a large park. The only downside is there are no parking spaces; you have to walk 5 minutes to a parking garage or hope to find street parking.

The place is well situated, clean, and the service from Caro was 10/10, plus Vania handled everything excellently. The only issue is the lack of parking; I wish they could arrange a nearby parking agreement.

Customer service was superb, everyone was very friendly and they even let us check‑in earlier than scheduled. The hotel and its offerings are truly excellent, though we couldn’t experience everything because we were out all day. The only problem was that our room had no television – I either missed it or was unlucky enough to get a room without one, but everything else was fine.

The pictures don’t match the actual rooms; they only show the common areas, not the makeshift rooms. The hotel has no signage at the entrance, it’s just a house, and the room we stayed in was a makeshift drywall room on the third floor with aluminum, narrow stairs, a very small, mold‑laden bathroom, and a bed that squeaked with every movement because of thin materials – all sounds were audible. There is no parking, contrary to what the general information on the website claims.
