Sintesi di questa recensione
The guest had a mixed experience at the hotel, with a pleasant personal touch but a disappointing large room. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room's size was not as expected. Overall, the hotel's personal service was a highlight, but the room's layout was a letdown.
