The front desk was helpful and efficient.

The location and room size were decent, but the towel was smelly. When I mentioned it to the front‑counter staff, she was defensive, insisting the towel was clean and that cleaning was handled by a third‑party company. Naturally, I held the hotel accountable for the towel’s condition.

The bed was hard and not soft. It was acceptable for a day or two, but not ideal for a longer stay.
