I never saw the required deposit mentioned when I booked, and I still haven’t received it back; I won’t book here again because of that policy.

The staff were wonderful, the rooms stayed clean, and the price was great—nothing to complain about.

Everyone on the hotel team was friendly and helpful, but the building’s interior looked scratched, the walls and elevator were in poor condition, the room had a damp smell, and the walls were damaged; plus breakfast ended at 9 am, which felt too early—11 am would have been better.
