The location is convenient, just outside the medina and close to a parking lot. Breakfast is plentiful, though a bit repetitive. The rooms are large with air conditioning. Daily housekeeping never happened, so we had to ask several times for toilet paper. The private outdoor bathroom can’t be closed from the outside, and the fan in the bathroom is a dead‑end and doesn’t work.

We were greeted warmly; the room is comfortable with good bedding, and the air conditioning was essential at 38 °C. The breakfast was perfect, the staff were attentive and pleasant, and the riad’s position at the entrance of the medina makes strolling and exploring easy.

The service was excellent! Host Tarik was very friendly and helpful—he arranged an airport shuttle for us, gave us a tour, and shared useful tips about Fez. Breakfast was fantastic, delicious, and truly authentic. The property is neatly decorated, rooms are comfortable with reliable AC and clean showers, and the beds are also cozy. 10/10, highly recommend to everyone!
