The cleanliness of the rooms was definitely a plus, but the front desk staff seemed to be in a perpetual bad mood. Every time we asked for something, they seemed put off. On top of that, we were surprised to find that there were no plates or utensils provided, and no fridge or even a cooler with cold water. It was a bit of a letdown, considering the otherwise tidy rooms.
