“Lovely and highly recommended especially for first-time visitors”
The hosts were welcoming, and even though some of them didn't speak much English, we used translation tools and still had pleasant conversations. The room was cozy, with superb Japanese style beds and pillows. Breakfast was fantastic and varied over the 5 days. The in‑room hot tub was a nice bonus after long days of snowboarding. We also liked that there were only 2‑3 rooms, so the stay was quiet and peaceful. The room could use more shelves or drawers for clothes for longer stays, but we were fine mostly living out of our suitcases and hanging our jackets in the wardrobe.
