“Black mould”
The view was good, but the black mould in the bathroom, uncleaned aircon filters, stinky room, uncomfortable bed, and horrible bedding made the stay unbearable.

The gym and Onsen were very beneficial for my health and well being, but when I went to reception to confirm and pay for the 5 extra nights that had been confirmed before my last day, no booking could be found. The staff switched from speaking English to not speaking English at all, which was very poor service and very disappointing.

The location was outstanding, and when I slept I left the curtains open to enjoy the night view of the Rainbow Bridge. The hotel interior felt a bit worn, but the amenities were solid. The hot spring facilities were great; I even took a bath before breakfast. Having a jacuzzi and sauna was a big plus. The only annoyance was a slightly loud “gong” sound when the toilet water tank was full.

The view was good, the monorail station was within walking distance, and there were three convenience stores nearby. The large public bath was available, and I could use a mirror shower. However, the north and south elevators were confusing, the access to the public bath was unclear, the toilet seat was cold, and the bed was too large, making it hard to spread out my suitcase.
