The location is right next to the beach (5 min walk) and close to the mall (5 min walk to Terminal 21 Pattaya); breakfast is of good quality with many varieties; rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. No complaints.

The reception staff were excellent and everything was spotless.

The hotel is clean, modern, and has a nice pool between green and sea two steps away. Standard rooms aren’t huge but are comfortable. It’s near Terminal 21. The breakfast is varied and high quality. This is my second visit. It’s a bit far from Pattaya’s center, but right at the exit you find the tuk‑tuk stop that runs along the coast to Walking Street.
