The property is beautiful, spacious, and relaxing, with excellent facilities, a lovely pool area, and a great overall atmosphere. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Radwa from Reception for her professionalism and warm assistance, and Rania from Guest Relations for her kindness and attention to detail. They both made our stay even more enjoyable
