“Traditional hotel, clean and close to Gion”

Very good location, clean hotel and very spacious room! The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. I know it’s not the staff’s fault but even with the dehumidifier the room was very humid on the ground floor

“una habitación tradicional y comodísima”

el alojamiento estuvo en contacto conmigo constantemente porque cabía la posibilidad de realizar el check in más tarde de las 10 de la noche, la amabilidad del personal de recepción la he valorado muchísimo. ya me alojé en esta zona anteriormente, pero esta vez he decidido ir a este hotel porque siempre me quedaba mirándolo encandilada y acerté de lleno. zona estupenda, por el día ves las maravillosas calles y casas y por la noche es todo muy tranquilo y apacible. la habitación era muy espaciosa y las camas muy cómodas. la zona del tatami con la mesa y los cojines nos facilitaron muchísimo nuestra estancia. el baño y la ducha también estuvieron genial. la consola del retrete estaba rota

“Overall, I would recommend staying here as it was a great location and affordable considering we stayed a week in Kyoto!”

Great location that places you right in between the two neighborhoods you’ll want to explore. We ended up having to extend our stay on the front end of our reservation as we were effected by the typhoon, they were accommodating and allowed easy transition between our two different rooms. We did have some issues with the washing machine onsite, as well as the bidets not working properly in both rooms. They were super helpful and ended up having our washing sent offsite free of charge, which was appreciated. However, when they had someone come check our bidet while we were out, they left the door unlocked which was disappointing
