Nothing positive, everything was bad; the area was not great and there were signs everywhere telling you to lock your vehicles. We were driving back home, decided to stop for the night to get some rest, and we were fighting to stay awake. We weren’t even there 3 hrs before my son broke out in big bites! The room was infested with bed bugs! We weren’t the only room with this problem. The room across from us also left at the same time we were. To pack everything up at 2 am in the morning with my son. Still haven’t heard anything from the hotel besides a basic message with no refund! I have pictures and have dealt with bed bugs before. So we then just drove straight back home and had to cancel plans with family the next day because neither of us had any sleep and had been up for more than 24 hrs each. To get home and have to wash and dry everything we had in the car! On top of that there is a $100 deposit that they took that wasn’t listed in the description; I finally got that back today. Haven’t heard anything from management besides a generic message. I figured something would have come back by now.

The breakfast wasn’t really great, so I chose to go to a local Starbucks instead; there was no service.

I liked how helpful and kind they were to me and my fiancé, and I liked that it was close to a Walmart. The room wasn’t clean as I had hoped; certain areas were dirty, and I always clean when I arrive and check for bugs. The sheet was dirty; I offered to change it, but they offered to keep it.

The staff were kind and let me check in early. The hotel was also very pet-friendly. The Wi‑Fi was strong and stable. Toiletries or shampoo dispensers would have been appreciated.
