The location, cleanliness, and on‑site parking are excellent. Thanks to the friendly Ludovica for the warm welcome and availability. The hotel has been tastefully renovated and is strategically placed for walking visits to Modica. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer freshly made coffee and cappuccino instead of using the vending machine.

The place feels ultra‑modern, all brand‑new and packed with tech, and the welcome was spot‑on, though the 10 euros a day fee for our little dog felt a bit steep.

The hotel’s new build and spotless condition were clear, but the rooms themselves were barebones and uncomfortable, forcing us to contort just to shower, and the pizzas downstairs could use a lift.
