The staff at the inn were very welcoming, making the stay feel secure. They also handled my child's egg allergy with care during breakfast. The spring water was superb, and even my son, who had no interest in hot springs, ended up taking several baths. I’ll definitely return.

The source water was amazing! The retro vibe made me feel like I’d slipped back in time, and I got excited every time I opened the door to my room. The renovation kept it clean, and the tea sweets made on site were delicious. The only downside was the many stairs—unavoidable because of the hot spring layout—and the need for mosquito protection in summer.

The hot spring water was incredibly good, and when I woke up the next morning my skin felt so smooth it surprised me. The only issue was that the bathroom and washbasin weren’t in the room.

The staff’s hospitality and the home‑like welcome were wonderful. I wish they’d offer card payments, provide blankets, and install a humidifier.

The service was good. It would be nice to have a hair dryer and towel in the washbasin area.
