Service was excellent, with staff incredibly helpful in organizing activities and providing free transport to and from restaurants and venues; breakfast featured great local delicacies—highly recommended! Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is clean and tidy, but it would be nice to have a bit of conditioner.

The place offers great value—definitely a 10/10. Even though Yabuli can be freezing, the reception was incredibly warm, and the staff were exceptionally kind, even pointing us toward the best hotpot spots nearby. They also dropped us off and picked us up. The hotel itself feels cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I’d definitely book again.

The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. It’s easily one of the best hotels—if not the best—we’ve stayed at in China. The restaurant was a real highlight too, serving delicious, home‑style dishes without the famous Sichuan pepper, making everything wonderfully enjoyable for everyone. We did run into a problem with the driver the hotel recommended for our day trip to Xuexiang, as there were concerns about his honesty. He isn’t a hotel employee, but the hotel might want to review and exercise caution when recommending his services in the future.

The hotel feels clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s a great place. The location is convenient for both sightseeing and business, so I’d stay again. There were no major issues, but if possible, a slightly brighter room lighting would make it even more comfortable.
