The location is the only thing that makes the apartment worthwhile. The bed creaks, the backrest is broken, there are clumps of hair on the sofa, the table near the sofa is covered in hair, the bedside tables are dusty, the shower cabin has cracks and the water doesn’t drain. We reported the issue but it wasn’t fixed. There’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom and the shower area is cramped. The washing machines are very noisy. The doors slam terribly. It wasn’t mentioned that the bathroom is accessed through a shared corridor. Sound insulation is only at the baseboard level.
“Lovely vibes”
The room is lovely with some quirky touches, perfectly located in the heart of Zagreb, close to everything you want to see, yet quiet enough for proper rest. The host is a lovely lady with an awesome vibe who makes you feel welcome and walks you through all the details you need to know. The only downside is that the bathroom is outside the room, across the entrance hall, which takes some getting used to and slightly reduces privacy. Otherwise it’s perfect for a short stay for those who can adapt.
The central location means everything is within walking distance, the apartment is tidy and clean, the woman who greeted us was warm and kind and gave us good dinner suggestions. All in all wonderful, highly recommend.
The staff were very friendly, everything was clean and the place was very close to the center. Communication with the owners was very simple. I recommend staying here.
