The reception was fine, the breakfast was hearty, the dinner was good, and housekeeping kept the room clean regularly. The walls were so thin that we were on the far end of the corridor, hearing another room’s conversation for about 30 minutes after 10 p.m.; the left room then took over, the TV worked from 11 p.m. to midnight, and I feared the person might have fallen asleep with it on. I called out to the wall with no response, then heard the toilet flush, and finally managed to sleep.

The staff were very welcoming and gave useful advice, and the hotel’s location was convenient. The breakfast fell short of the €11 price, the bed sheets and towels weren’t changed during the two nights, the bathroom and toilet were small, and there was no hair dryer.

The location was good, but the room was far too small, the toilet door couldn’t open fully, the floor was uneven, and other similar issues.

Parking is free and the place is well positioned for some of the pink granite coast routes; there’s a restaurant downstairs but we didn’t try it. The shower is a bit small and has a curtain that can be uncomfortable because it sticks to you.
