We had an amazing time, thanks to Jan and her family's warm hospitality - they really went above and beyond to stock the place with everything you'd need, from breakfast essentials like eggs and freshly baked bread to games and drinks. I was even surprised to find a Marmite jar in the cupboard, as I'd brought one along! The only downside was our short stay, which flew by way too quickly - we would've happily extended our visit if our annual leave had allowed.
