The hotel feels very pleasant, the staff are courteous, and I have no complaints, but it is quite far from the city centre and you can hear passing trains.

No breakfast, great location, but a train line nearby is quite noisy at night.

The lady at reception was incredibly helpful, organized our taxis when no Uber was available, and stayed friendly throughout, making us feel right at home; the air‑con was superb and essential, and the venue was within walking distance of the festival arena, but the open shower would benefit from a squeegee on a pole so you can step out in socks after showering.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Canal and the stadium, making it convenient for concerts; the reception ladies were very courteous, arranged a taxi for us, and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check‑out, but the room was clean yet had a strong cigarette smell.
