Everything was very good and the staff were 10/10. The night buffet could use more flavor and salt. The gym is a bit small; it would be nice to replace a ping‑pong table with a heavier weight machine or more dumbbells.

The hotel is a bit shabby and not a true 4‑star. The curtains were hanging down, paint was peeling, the pool area was worn out, the restaurant wasn’t cozy with fluorescent lighting, and the outdoor restaurant was worn with torn blinds. The staff were very sweet and friendly, and cleaning was okay.

La ubicación. Tuvimos algún problema con el personal de limpieza. Un día no hicieron la habitación, al otro tuvimos que avisar a las 13.45 que no estaba hecha y no cambiaban los vasos, pero lo solucionó el personal de recepción. Los desayunos están demasiado orientados para ingleses y alemanes, falta variedad en bollería. El hotel necesita una renovación

I already emailed about the very poor quality of the food but haven’t received a reply. The food choices, quality, and flavor are bad, and it’s always cold.
