The room and the bath were clean and pleasant. After showering, a beer at the Aga Lounge was tasty. The timing of the dinner service was poor, so I missed the last dessert.

The meals at dinner and breakfast were just okay, nothing special.

The food and onsen were great, and the staff were very friendly and eager to help, but the hotel is a bit far from the center; they do offer a shuttle bus.
