The hotel is tidy, clean, and well kept. The location is excellent, and the check‑in was clear and understandable. The hosts were courteous and responded quickly on WhatsApp. I would suggest the hostel provide earplugs for guests when a festival or loud event is happening during the stay; despite closed windows, it was hard to sleep because of the noise all night. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Fantastic location. The living room balcony is shared by all guests. No kitchen. Two bathrooms in good condition, also shared by everyone. The building has an elevator.

The hotel’s location is definitely its biggest advantage, sitting right in Bilbao’s historic centre. Unfortunately, there are no sound‑proof windows and the nightlife nearby ruins the quality of sleep. The room doors are very old and worn, and along with the parquet floor, they add to the apartment’s noise. The five rooms in the hostel are occupied by people at all hours, which is annoying.
