All the amenity designs were beautiful. The massage felt very expensive.

Everyone is very kind, and the place is very quiet and relaxing. Everything was fine.

The staff service was excellent, the cleaning was good, and the heated pool was nice. The bed was very hard.

The pool was nice and the restaurant looked good, but it was really noisy from 6 am onward—neighbors' pets and staff conversations could be heard throughout the room. The hotel is about 19 minutes away from Tepoztlán, and the route to get there is unappealing.
