The mildew and damp smell made the hotel feel infected; I asked to cancel, they agreed, but they won’t refund me. I’ve been a Genius member for years with no issues, yet this time the hotel was empty and I understood why. Booking still calls it a thief and a rotten place, which is outrageous.
