The service was extremely unpleasant, particularly from the front‑desk lady on the evening of October 17; I’m not sure if it was because I’m not French and don’t speak French, but I felt very uncomfortable. I was also swarmed by mosquitoes and fleas, leaving my body covered in bites. In the neighboring room, a child cried all night, and I think I woke about six times. There was no outlet in the room to charge a phone, which was very disappointing; I’m very disappointed.

It’s a scam. The photos don’t match reality, the rooms are old, they smell like old women, everything is dirty, and there’s no bedding! Terrible hotel, 10000/10 negative. Plus the metro runs right through the hotel, so you’ll wake up every 5 minutes from the noise. If you even try to sleep in that bed‑bug place, nothing will satisfy you.

The location is brilliant, with a wide variety of excellent bistros and eateries nearby and easy metro access. The rooms were comfortable and thoroughly serviced daily, and every member of the reception staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The spot was convenient, but the room had old, stained carpet, furniture falling apart, a faucet that barely worked, and cockroaches.
