I couldn’t get inside because the key they gave me was wrong; I paid 70 € for a room and ended up sleeping with friends—strongly not recommended unless you’re okay sleeping on the street.

I could only stay one night because there was no hot water for the shower and no towels; I left and booked elsewhere, already reporting this to the provider. Regards, Gerd Krumme.

Good location. I recently stayed (booking #5430085940, 16.06.25‑17.06.25) and must complain about the apartment’s condition, which fell far below the expected standard. Upon arrival the bed linens were neither freshly washed nor clean, showing obvious stains that were unhygienic and unpleasant. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state: the toilet was dirty and the shower appeared to have visible fecal residue, which was not only uncomfortable but intolerable. I understand that occasional defects can happen, but this level of disrepair was unacceptable. I request a suitable compensation in the form of a discount on the total booking amount.
