The location was ideal, check‑in was easy, the beds were comfy, the room was clean, and there were plenty of glasses and cups. The cold tap didn’t work and a bigger bin would have been better.

Parking was available within easy walking distance (5 min max). The room was eclectically superb, a sensory treat with a lovely bathroom, small fridge, comfy bed, armchairs, a smart TV that wasn’t too big 👍, and immaculately clean. I had no problem with the off‑main‑drag location. Parking right outside was a bit of a hassle 🤷.

The beds were great. Nothing else to note.

We only liked the location, earning it three points, but we’ll never come back. Stay in Room 1 is a no‑go, especially with kids. There’s no kitchen to cook for a child, no fridge, and you have to buy bottled water. The kettle was filthy and unusable even after cleaning. The window won’t lock. Neighbours fought until midnight, and gulls woke us at 4:00 AM. There’s no laundry or support; staff were unhelpful and, when we mentioned problems, they just asked, “Where did you book from?” Save your money and find another place.

The location was spot‑on and the price great, but the bed felt very soft.
