The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy with comfortable beds. We did notice a swarm of mosquitoes on our first day, likely coming from the jacuzzi area; the hotel does provide mosquito spray, but it would be better to address the issue before guests arrive. The café was charming, and we bought their tasty salt bread every day.

We were greeted warmly by the staff, who always smiled and assisted with our luggage and requests. However, a stained pillow was unpleasant, the loft area was narrow and cramped with no charging point beside the bed, making it tight for three women over two nights; it would suit one or two better. Wi‑Fi was down throughout our stay, and the reception said a disruption had lasted days, so we couldn’t use the TV or rely on mobile data, especially in the loft where the signal was poor, hindering our plans. Milk powder sachets were missing, and the bathroom was tiny, leaving little space around the sink for toiletries. Overall, the room didn’t feel worth the price for two nights.

The hotel is cute and pleasant, and I’d recommend it to anyone traveling to Bandung. It’s close to Jalan Braga. The only downside was that the toilet was oddly damp.
