Located in Rokland, Nordnes Kro og Camping offers well-equipped cottages with terraces and free Wi-Fi, surrounded by greenery and the Saltdal River near the E6 highway. Each cottage features satellite TV, refrigerators, and coffee/tea facilities, with BBQ equipment available. The on-site Peisestua restaurant serves local Norwegian specialities in a traditional Sami-style setting, near Fauske (50 km).

The location was fine, but I was shocked when the cabin was hotter than a sauna; two electric heaters were blasting at full power. It only became clear at night that, despite the cool outside temperature, none of the heating inside was sufficient.

The place had a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were friendly; there were no problems with service even if you were late.

The staff at Nordnes camping were friendly, and they offered us compensation for the poor vacuuming of dog hair. The cabin we stayed in was not cleaned; it was full of dog hair on the furniture left by the previous guests, and they hadn’t vacuumed it before leaving. It was bad.

Helt fint! Litet minirum men fullt utrustat med all jag behövde. Rent och snyggt och jag är HELT nöjd!. Wifi kunde ha varit av bättre kvalitet, men jag stannade ju bara 1 natt så det gick helt bra ändå!
