“Helpful staff, nice location but wouldn’t stay again”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is good, but our room experience was poor. The closet has no doors, the blanket lacks a cover, the chairs are peeling, and it looks similar to the photo but seems poorly maintained. I wish I could say we had a good stay because of the staff, but I wouldn’t return. They mentioned a change of ownership and blamed the previous owner’s poor upkeep, hoping for improvement.
The room was big and the location was convenient, but the walls had big moisture stains, unfinished surfaces, and the room felt worn from previous guests. The metro and surrounding noise were loud, especially during a big party that shook the building.
“Recensione escape suite”
The place is well positioned, but the air conditioning was ineffective and there was no staff available.
The bed was super comfy and the room had plenty of space.
The spot is great, close to everything, but the room could be cleaner.
