“Definitely recommendable and worth going back if given the chance again.”
The hotel was almost perfect – it’s just a few meters from La Boqueria Market, a few steps from Liceu Metro Station, and right in front of a long stretch of tourist spots; it looks very tidy, well lit, with modern interior design and new furniture and fixtures; the staff were super friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. Only two things could be better: 1) the stairs before the lobby, though the nice reception guy helped us down with our two large pieces of luggage, and 2) clearer signage along La Rambla.

“Buen alojamiento para descansar”
Great location. The staff were very attentive. The room is small but well laid out and clean. One night there was a cigarette smell coming through the bathroom, and the staff said they would look into it.

The room was small but perfectly adequate; I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent reception and the fact that a two‑star hotel offers free housekeeping and towel changes. We chose this hostel for its proximity to the metro and the local market, which we love, and we’ll return next time. The hostel was really fine; the tiny room could be managed, especially since we only stayed there at night.
Breakfast in the center is good.
