Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The front‑desk manager, when we arrived at 23:00, had a card reader that wasn’t working; I called the Mvl and a 10’ technician came to open and activate our cards. Regarding the room‑cleaning schedule, they said it wouldn’t start until 12:30, yet we went down to breakfast at 10:00 and they wanted to ready the room. I told them to wait until after breakfast for a shower, left the card on the door handle to have the room prepared, and when we left at 11:25 the room was still unfinished. When I returned that night the room was still not cleaned.

Very basic, just acceptable. All facilities need a review. The breakfast is the minimum one can ask for, especially in quality. Everything was old, there was noise on the first night, and a party was happening in the hostel.

The rooms were spacious. The facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. The dining service was expensive for the quality. Cleaning was lacking.
