Everyone on the staff was very friendly; when I asked for a flat pillow, they went out of their way to find one that was comfortable, always with a smile. I had an early flight and they even packed me a breakfast at 2 am, a thoughtful touch! Everything was excellent, no complaints.

The rooms were spacious and well insulated, close to the cable car line for city access, with several dining options nearby, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed during Pedestrian Day, when cars were restricted and alcohol sales were banned, which required some planning adjustments; we ended up staying an extra day in the city because of our availability. I suggest management always sends a notice to all guests during such periods at the time of booking so they can anticipate itinerary or date changes as best as possible.

I found the place spotless, comfy, and welcoming. I liked everything, and I left a copy of my book thanks to the kind waitress at the Sunday morning restaurant.

The hotel sits right across from the Green Telerifico, which was handy. The rooms were decent, the beds were comfy, and it was quiet enough to sleep. This part of town hosts all the upscale fine‑dining spots, and the evening staff were very helpful. It was a pretty good property, but it could have been great or even excellent with a few minor tweaks, like adding Kleenex or tissue in the room and an air conditioner. I was surprised this was the only place I stayed in Bolivia that didn’t have a mini‑fridge in the room.
