I really liked the hospitality, the clean and organized environment, and the volunteers’ attentiveness; they were always helpful and ready to assist. I especially want to highlight Kathleen, who stood out with her proactivity, friendliness, and care, making the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to the whole team for excellent service!

A new lady attended me on the second day. I wasn’t allowed to enter late at the front desk after serious issues at the entrance, so I was left on the street even after explaining the situation to a man who attended me.
