“Pessima”

Nothing was good, the bedding was old, the duvet looked like it hadn't been washed, the towels were worn and looked old, disgusting. There was no water in the minibar because they didn't restock, and the night I left at 20:00 I told reception and they promised that when I came back there would be water… I arrived around 2:00 a.m. and there was no water at all, nowhere nearby to buy it. The hotel was rated very poorly on Booking, I paid 1.250,00 per night. It was terrible. I didn't like anything.

“Não indicaria este hotel”

The breakfast was really good and the café staff were very polite, but overall my experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected far more care and quality in service. The reception was lacking: there was no welcome, basic information was missing, and the staff showed no knowledge of local tourist spots to guide guests. Cleanliness also fell short of expectations; small touches like offering water or coffee upon arrival make a difference, and unfortunately that was missing. I didn’t have the experience I hoped for and, based on what I went through, I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was great, but the blooking reserved a room for a disabled person, which we didn’t like.

“Insatisfação”

The hotel has good facilities and the staff are attentive, yet several issues stood out: the room cleaning was inadequate, with missing sweeping and poor towel replacement; the TV was only 22" instead of the large screen promised in the listing; many TV channels were off the air; the breakfast coffee machine was problematic throughout my stay, causing huge queues for a brewed cup, and on one day I couldn’t get coffee at all; the breakfast items were poorly replenished, for example the cheese bread, and when I asked, they said the supplier hadn’t delivered.

“FOI MUITO BOM!”

The hotel is located very close to Parque do Povo, where the main São João festivities take place, allowing us to walk in and out. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like!
