The hotel is very pretty, all staff are empathetic and offered excellent treatment, the place itself is beautiful, and the weekend was truly amazing; we look forward to returning. As a piece of advice, the flags should be changed to better represent our land of great and kind people.

The hotel sits in a nice spot and the breakfast spread is generous. It really needs a facelift, though.

We’re back for a second stay and it’s still beautiful—from the facilities and pools to the rooms, the buffet breakfast and dinner are abundant and varied, with a different theme each night and even an Italian evening; we’ll definitely return. Nothing to complain about, everything’s fine.

Really great location, very nice pool areas and rooftop pool and the new kids pool area is a great addition. The reception staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. They were quite rude and were misleading with their information given. Daily cleaning of rooms could also be improved
