The rooms and staff were friendly, and the location was good. I can’t give the hotel a higher rating because of the elevator: with so many rooms and floors, I was on the 13th floor and every time I wanted to go up or down I had to wait about five minutes or more.

The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions, and the receptionist even called a car rental company for us, which was great! The breakfast was tasty. The lift was slow, but that gave me a good workout from walking up the stairs.

The staff were extremely kind, making my stay very pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the room felt quite cramped, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
