The building was welcoming, but the cleanliness was awful; ants were in the wardrobe and on the desk, and they got into my luggage and clothes.

The property looks great, especially for families with its playground and animal viewing area. We booked two tours that started at 8:00 am from Pompeii, so we missed breakfast and couldn’t bring a packed lunch.
