The location, historic building—exterior and dining area—are fine, but the corridors and rooms need renovation. The room and interior definitely do not match a 4‑star hotel—this is a 4‑star, sorry, but it falls short.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Its location is fantastic—right in the city centre, with everything close by. The room was comfortable and pleasant. An interesting touch was the toilet outside the bathroom, giving the room a unique charm. The bathroom wasn’t large, but it had all the essentials. I also liked the balcony, which offered beautiful views. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with a wide selection that let me eat well and comfortably. Overall, a very pleasant experience—everything met my expectations, and I’d gladly return!

The hotel is right on the market square. The old part is in Jugendstil, nicely arranged but not lovingly renovated. It still offers a nice atmosphere if you don’t mind that the hotel is 100 years old. When a room has a balcony, there’s also a permanently installed ashtray on the railing—great idea. Breakfast was good and sufficient.

The spot, breakfast, and value for money are great. The bathroom is extremely small. The toilet sits almost under the sink, and the tap is huge for the basin. You have to step out of the bathroom half the time just to get a bit of space, and there’s always a faint smell of sewage.
