The location, room, cleanliness, and support staff were all good, but the prices were a bit high.

The location was convenient, yet the housekeeping was unacceptable: the bed sheets from the previous guests were still on, their hair was visible, the sofa was torn (see attached photo), and I was charged 5500RS instead of the advertised 3500RS, even though the room was empty—definitely not a good value.
