“Excelente”
Comfort, location, breakfast, and access to the water park are all great. The only downside is having to pay for parking.
The hotel staff are very attentive and the hotel is near several restaurants. The towels are old, the mattress is uncomfortable for those who prefer a firmer bed, and the room is noisy because the avenue is right across the street. Finally, the breakfast does not offer a vegan option.

Rooms are cleaned daily. The beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The reception is excellent. We couldn’t adjust the air‑conditioning unit, and it gets quite cold at night.

The food has a good variety, the place is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are large, and it’s very close to the beach. No one speaks Spanish, and I expected a gluten‑free menu; they said they had one, but it took me three days to get several options. They charged us for half‑board and only gave us tapioca with eggs until I complained multiple times, after which they offered more variety. There was also cross‑contamination, they don’t know what that is, and it’s very hard to find anyone who understands Spanish—such a pity for such a beautiful place.
