The only positive was the location. The rooms were VERY DIRTY, did not match the pictures on Booking, the TV was off, the air‑con didn’t work, and inside the unit the air‑con was black. I paid $26 for one night and could have found a much better option or even a camp. The bed was horrible, uncomfortable all night, and I felt something biting me. The toilet was yellow and filthy. Don’t be fooled by the photos; I’ve posted the correct ones. I would stay again only if I were alone and male; with my wife we expected better. There was no kettle or anything in the rooms, just one very small tea towel for two people, and the bed had black hairs on it.

The location is central, but the staff were not very welcoming and the cleanliness needs improvement.

The master bed had bed bugs and the toilet was not flush with the floor; the mattress was worn and springs were exposed. All the bedding was dirty and smelled, and I was bitten by bed bugs. When I asked for new bedding, the replacement was even dirtier. The owner refused a refund. I would not recommend this disgusting place; the reality is far from the photos.

The spot is excellent, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The staff are helpful and wonderful, especially "Islam" who was a great help, and Alaa too. The stay was comfortable, peaceful, and good value for money; hopefully we’ll come back again.
