“Won't Stay Here Even Free of Cost!”
The bathroom was generous in size and the shower pressure was good. Even the air conditioning worked well. Our one‑night stay was a nightmare. The bedsheets were dirty. The cover on the comforter had dry bodily fluids. The chairs had hair. The floor mat had not been vacuumed. The toilet sheet had not been scrubbed. No effort had been made to prepare the room, despite several calls from the hotel to check when we were checking in. Their only concern was payment even though the booking was guaranteed by a credit card. Worse still, loud thumping music began at 9 pm and went well past midnight when the official deadline is 11 pm. Despite multiple calls to the Reception, the music stayed on. It felt as if entire armies were marching on our heads as we were trying to sleep. The hotel makes no effort to provide parking even though we were staying the night there. Also, there is a safety issue since the smoke detectors do not work and have been put for display purposes only! All in all, do not stay in this hotel even if someone gives you a free stay!
