The facilities were fantastic: the pool area, bar and grill, and fitness centre were all outstanding. The gym mirrors and floor could use a bit more cleaning; otherwise the hotel itself was clean.

Everyone was helpful and breakfast was good. Our room wasn’t clean – water‑bottle caps on the floor, hair in the shower, and the bathroom floor needed sweeping. The beds were good, though.

The AC was cold, breakfast choices were good, and the coffee was good. The restaurant staff were limited each day, seemed stressed, and service was lacking. There was no cross‑promotion between the casino and golf facilities (no promos or discounts). The pool area had no music; guests brought their own speakers, which weren’t great selections. They have speakers installed out there—why not use them?

The location was great, and the restaurant and pool area were wonderful. The rugs might have been a bit dirty.
