Once you reached the hotel they will ask you 500 extra don't get surprised by their cheap price on this stupid app
My stay at this hotel was ruined by the fact that the AC wasn't working. It was a hot and uncomfortable experience, and I was really looking forward to a cool room after a long day. Unfortunately, it just wasn't possible.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown. The only thing that stood out was the name, but even that was overshadowed by the issues I had with the booking partner. They failed to deliver on all services, and the rooms were a mess - no hot water, no facilities, and the AC wasn't working either. It was a really disappointing experience.

I was really impressed with this hotel - it's a great place to stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. I didn't have any major complaints during my stay.

They tried to charge me extra for my booking, claiming it wasn't received, even though I'd booked directly. To make matters worse, the room wasn't clean and the WiFi didn't work. To top it all off, they took an extra 200 rupees per day from me.
