The place was beautiful and clean.
“After a long day of travel, everything about this hotel was disappointing.”
The location was fine, but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom smelled like chemicals, and the hallways felt like a sauna. Checking in took 10 minutes, and the staff didn’t explain the multiple elevators and entrances; we walked far with heavy luggage only to find a much closer entrance. The pool towels were thin, about the size of a hand towel, and the breakfast was expensive.

I appreciated how clean the facility was overall, but I never saw the on‑site restaurant open. The staff never smiled; when I mentioned I’d already prepaid, she just said “oh, it’s paid for” and handed me a pass for my car and cards. I paid for breakfast but wasn’t told the time or where it would be. My room was fine, yet the staff didn’t tell me I could use a different elevator that was right in front of me, which would have saved me from lugging bags and a 2‑year‑old through long hallways.

Everything except the staff was okay, but the staff were awful—no explanations, no words spoken, just the same unhelpful attitude. The room smelled like cigarettes.
