It’s located near the mall, but there’s no privacy in terms of soundproofing and no time for noise restriction.

The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable with great bedding, it felt very safe, and there’s a spa on the property where you can relax.
It was a warm and cosy place to stay, especially during the exceptionally cold spell when I visited; the hot showers were strong every time, the decor was lovely, it’s close to everything, and it’s my favourite place to stay in Kokstad.
