The hotel’s proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants was convenient, yet the manager wouldn’t cooperate when I accidentally double‑booked a day; he tried to charge me the full cancellation fee and this isn’t the first time I’ve faced that from the management here.

The price was excellent and the location convenient, although the bathroom wasn’t clean enough.

The bed was comfy and the fridge stayed cold, but the front desk lady Lisa was very nice and welcoming at check‑in; after I entered my room I saw the whole floor was slick from condensation and I nearly slipped, so I told Lisa and she swapped rooms immediately. The new room was clean, though oddly the doors had key‑access locks above the key‑card system. A duct‑taped sign on the A/C warned “Do Not Touch AC” because it stays on. Hot water was almost nonexistent, making showers tough and uncomfortable; bugs were crawling and flying, and I even killed a flying cockroach. Dead bugs were on the ceiling and in the bathroom, there were water‑leak stains and peeling on the bathroom ceiling and above the sink counter, and visible dirt in the bathroom vent.
