The pool and gym were nice and clean, and breakfast was very good with many options. We were given incorrect information about what comes with the room and they weren’t willing to correct their mistake. A roach was in the bedroom and there were several around the building in the hallways.

Breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy most people, was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was good. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and tried to resolve issues. The facility seemed to lack maintenance. Our room was too warm and damp to be comfortable. It had a freestanding AC unit that we couldn’t turn on. The toilet leaked around the seal, which was unpleasant. They eventually got the AC unit working, so the room became bearable. The floors were sticky in the kitchen. It was just not what I expected from this level of lodging. Sorry.

The staff were incredible—front desk folks, especially Maria and the other shorter woman (I feel horrible for not remembering her name) were amazing. We stayed because of issues with our home, and they both were empathetic, beyond helpful, and truly caring about us being okay. People like them absolutely make or break an experience like this, and they both went so far above and beyond. On top of that, the hotel was really nice, well appointed, and very clean. Thank you!!!
