The internet worked well, yet the cleaning was poor and the bedding was terrible.

There was no hospitality at all, and the hotel was extremely dirty.

Nothing good to say. The hotel feels like a housing complex for immigrants and shouldn’t be rented to the general public; the hallways smelled of food being cooked in rooms, the tub and sink barely drained, the phone didn’t work, the plugs didn’t work, and when I turned on the heater it smelled like pee—unsure about the TV because I didn’t try it. The surrounding area is a homeless, crack‑head paradise. Skip this place at all cost!

The room was spacious and clean; the bathroom was clean and pretty and giant. The bed was very comfy. The front desk staff were nice. We rented a room with a big jacuzzi tub, but there was no plug for it in the room, no mechanism to block the drain at all, which was a tad frustrating, since it was the whole reason we rented that room type. The TV was also on the fritz a lot. Four light sources at the head of the bed (2 bedside lamps and 2 reading lamps on wire arms), and only one lamp worked
